I tried a little photorealism again. Everything is made in 3D and the textures are procedural. Only adjusted the levels in PS afterward.
Rendering the original image at 2000x3000 took 2 hours and 40 min with my laptop that has just 768MB of RAM and a rather slow single-cored processor...
